What's your favorite thing about the series? What's your favorite game in the series? What's the best memory you have from playing the games? Lastly what's are you most looking forward to in Skyward Sword? My favorite thing about the series has always been how Link starts out the game. I've always liked how they come up with new ways of introducing him and give him a new back story in almost every game. Favorite game would be A Link to the Past. There was just so much to do in that game and everything about it was just pure awesome. The best memory I have of playing the games was when I got to fish for the first time in Twilight Princess. I bass fish alot and I'm always acting a fool and screaming FISH ON! Whenever I hook one. So anyway when the words FISH ON! Popped up on the screen I was hell ya this is my game right here.
AzOutback Posted October 11, 2011 Posted October 11, 2011 Don't forget it's Zelda's 25th Anniversary this year! I'm looking forward to Skyward Sword too! 9 days after Skyrim. Going to be a busy month! My favorite thing has always been the puzzles, not a Zelda game without puzzles. Favorite game, that's a hard one! Toss up between LTTP and Ocarina! Favorite moment? First time I beat Agahnim on the castle balcony and getting transported to the Dark World in LTTP! You realized then that the game was just starting!

The freedom it gave, the dark storyline, the different ways to play with the different masks, and oh, the Fierce Deity mask. The ablity to do all that work, and with that mask utterly turn the tables on the 'big mad' by showing him the true meaning of power. Then being able to use it in other boss battles. After that my favorite was Wind Waker. However, it was just such a BIG game. To this day I have only completed it once. Twilight Princess... I have to admit I was less than impressed with. I completed it, but meh. I'm not in the least bit bothered about Skyward sword, sadly. The Wii hasn't been turned on in over a year in my household, since i've pretty much gone full PC gamer. Maybe one day i'll pick it up, but these days TES is my fantasy fix. If they ever made a female link I might be persuaded otherwise, and hopefully thats not too far off. I know one or two of the concepts have been female.

Jerbsinator Posted November 8, 2011 Posted November 8, 2011 There are already reviewers giving little details about their reviews and it sounds like Skyward Sword is shaping up to be the best Zelda game ever made, even topping out Ocarina of Time. I am so freaking excited for this game. Nintendo games always win GOTY, I think this will be no exception. It will be between this and Drake and I will bet money that this game will kick the shit out of Drake.

[/quote'] Yup it took me a bit to get used to it because it's so different from all the other Zeldas. Once I got good with the sword though I started loving the hell out of it.

Jerbsinator Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 It took me 50 hours exactly and I found everything. After you beat the game you unlock hero mode on your file which makes enemies do double damage, you keep all your treasures and bugs from your previous game, When you get the Goddess sword your skyward strike is the upgraded Master Sword strike and when you get the True Master Sword your Skyward Strike doesn't need to be charged (AWESOME!)
