How do I get rid of or reduce ugly LOD lines in water?

I've FINALLY gotten water in Skyrim to look stunning but with one catch... any time I look down a large lake I can see a hideous separation line in the distance that looks lighter than the water closest to my character. I've found that by turning up the muddyness and or the reflection it will mask the line pretty well but that limits me to only a few ENB settings.. is there anything I can do to make the lines go away without having to sacrifice some of my settings?
