In-game (any) skirt mesh issue

Hi, i have an issue with any skirts in my game where there would be either a pit or some kind of distortions at the crotch area, here i have an example where it's at it's worst:

As was stated by the mod author (link), it's not an issue on his side.  So far i've tried to completely reinstall XMPSE, BS/OS, my body mod and FNIS (though i've done so thru vortex)
