Vulerability not working?

Sorry if this isnt where you are supposed to post things like this, but i am having trouble with the current rjw.

 

The body parts used to add/subtract vulnerability. however when i updated RJW to latest, this seems to no longer be the case? The settings i used to have for the % dont work anymore as the amounts are DRASTICALLY less! I tried making a new save/colony, however it also had the problem.  ex. Big breasts no longer give extra % points for vulnerability or any at all it seems.

 

I looked at the patchnotes and didnt see this as a change anywhere?
