Can anyone write a guide on how to use oblivion skeleton in skyrim pose guide?

This seems to be a shortcut in porting some oblivion stuff to skyrim. However his video tutorial is in bad quality and I have no idea what he is doing :/

Import the oblivion skeleton (make sure import skeleton is ticked in the import options), then import your oblivion armour (make sure import skeleton is not ticked in the import options). Pick the armour and right click the skin modifier and collapse the stack.

 

That's pretty much it.

So I imported the oblivion skeleton and than imported the armor with the skin modifier. When I right click I don't see the skin modifier and collapse the stack.
