An HDT enabled body and compatible skeleton would be a start.

Even then, those exagerated proportions will still give you clipping.

if you mean HDT-SMP then i have it, do i have to change body from bodyslide ? because i'm using Race Menu to change Body

That body has no physics.

Either it is not compatible with HDT physics or your HDT-SMP is not set up correctly but I cannot help you with the latter. I know enough about PE to get it working with collisions on my game but wouldn't really know where to start with SMP.

 

I would start with building a body in Bodyslide using a body type that either has HDT or Special after it's name. That is also assuming that BS in SE looks/works similar to LE.
