Directly from the nexus mod page link above : Install:
1. install sekiro mod engine(v1.11 or above)
2. put the "parts", "sound" folder in your "mods" folder, the default mods folder should be like"...\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Sekiro\mods\" 
3. files for models with different clothes are in the folders with corresponding names.  
4. switch to Japanese voice in game
