I don't know of any custom voiced child followers of any gender.

Not that I've ever seen, certainly not compared to the abundance little girl followers available on the Nexus. I admit I've never searched for one but I have done plenty of searches for Male followers before and I would expect one to come up if they existed.

 

Saying that, there are plenty of mods that would allow you turn anyone into a follower and it's not hard to do yourself with Creation Kit (plenty of tutorials for that) so if you want Lars or Aventus it wouldn't be hard to do (I'd finish off Grelod first and wait for Aventus to return to Riften before recruiting him tho, he's a quest NPC and so that might break something)

 

Edit: One of the later versions of TKAA had hostile kids so maybe had followers too? I did have it installed but removed it due to some pathing issues in Riverwood and OP items  some of the kids had. I don't recall any followers but I wasn't looking for them.
