How to change pose when sex duration?

i install SexoutNG 2.6.73 yesterday,it is awsome!! But i can't press some hot key like ',' to change the pose, i set the sex duration  60s,if it is always keeping the same pose ,may be some bored.So How to change pose when sex duration? Thank you
