How Do I Change NPCs Appearance?

Just to verify; how do I go about changing NPCs appearance in a given town? Is there a fast way to change many NPCs appearance at the same time, be it clothes or physique?

Deaderpool's Mc command center would be the best way to do it qucikly. You'd still have to do it one sim at a time though in game as you come across them. Alternatively, open cheat menu with Shift+crtl+C, type cas.fulleditmode and then edit unplayed households through the household management menu.

I'll add that in MCC https://deaderpool-mccc.com/  there's a section in mc CAS and dresser that you can copy/paste sims face/skin color/cosmetic . You can even make "clones" in paste tray sims. You just need to do the  "testingcheats true " then  "Cas.fulleditmode" and save the sims in your files ( the upper right button in CAS ) in order to do the copy/paste sims.
