Strange visual glitch from "Are you There" mod

I have the NPC locator mod "are you there".  Normally it works just fine but I've been getting a strange visual glitch recently in the menu.  When I close the menu everything goes back to normal, it is only after the initializing that it occurs.  I'm wondering if it is normal when you have a high NPC count or if this is something that could become a bigger issue (or is a symptom of a bigger issue).  The only new NPC mod I installed recently is Aymar and friends (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/74215)

 

 

Picture of visual glitch in spoiler.  It goes away the moment I close the menu and only appears after initializing.  But it's new and I'm a bit worried.
