what is motion 200??

"motion ID 200.kf 8 is missing"

What that means is you have an ini file for motion 200 in your oblivion\data\ini\  folder but you are missing one or more motion 200 kf files.  You need to go grab the Daedra Sutra from the Lovers with PK downloads section and copy\paste the 8 kf files for motion 200 into the correct location.  Or you can delete motion 200's ini file.  If you delete the file, then obviously motion 200 will never play.
