Idea for a new mod

So ive had an idea for what I think would be a really cool mod and was was wondering how I may get in contact with someone who would be willing to create it.

 

Basically it would be a mod similar to mtthralling found on nexus but with more influence of the lovely loverslab devious touch. Either enhancing a vampire player's adventure creating thralls and cows and expanding a secretive vampire empire or the player regressing and becoming a mindless vampire thrall and cow serving the midnight aristocracy. I think it would make a very interesting mod and i'd love to see it come to fruition, but i have no talents, way, or idea how to make mods myself. I
