Coronavirus challenge: while in isolation do 100 burpees a day!

It’s a challenge that actually requires effort and is good for you unlike the utter stupid that is licking a toilet seat or swallowing a tide pod.

 

Do as many as you can in sets and then try to boost your numbers so you do 100 at once!

 

 

Edit: ok make sure to do the jump at the end I think I cut it off on some of the pics.

Nice! These kind of challenges are actually useful. 

Good to know you are doing great in this challenge. 

 

I propose a diferent challenge for kettlebell users:

10 minutes of snatches a day. Once a week, aim for 20 reps/min.

ive done it for 100 days before, I hope I don’t break that number cause that means we’ve been shut down for 100 days+

 

as it is were stuck till June 6 now. 

 

Thats legit (kettle bell), you can get them online too so you don’t have to go running around to modells or your local sports store which is probably closed down now anyway. Never got into kettlebells but am a huge supporter of dumbells over bars. It’s an easy way to make things harder with lower weights.
