Skyrim Grey Flickering with weird sound

So, I have a problem here idk what kind of problem is it but recently (it been 1 week ago) i get almost everyday grey flash flickering one time with a weird sound i did in my nvidea setting vsyinc on with fps limit at 60 but sadly still i even backup in my mo 2 an anciant backup date 3 month i still have it it really anoying because after that my male character d disapear sound a unknown problem so im not sure is from mods i have ini from skyrim.ini mo 2 here tell me is something wrong

i have nvidea geforce 1080

i7 7700k something like that
