Bizzare problem (likely PC related)

A couple of months back I had to upgrade my PC due to a fried motherboard. Was sort of forced to also upgrade to "Windows 10" everything was fine until yesterday. When suddenly 3 of my games just refused to even start (crash at loading screen). Skyrim, Fallout 4 and Borderlands 2, just did a completely fresh install of Skyrim NO MODS and it still wont load.

 

Any help is appreciated.

try to reinstall :

 

   DirectX

   DotnetFX

   VCRedist

 

you might need the older versions also

Thanks an older Direct X did the trick.
