skyrim skin visual glitch

Hello i have a glitch with Zora from interesting npc. 

 

First i install interesting npc,

then Zora Fair-Child replacer-86821-170919

and then with visual transfer tool i use Faye follower.

i have enhanced blood texture.

cbbe, xp32, cbbe body and outfit.

Skse enb boost, no graphic enb. 

 

no skin texture

 

Now when i play, at random the skin look glitchy.  look the pic:

i can post the load order but it around 300 i merge 70 so it will be hard to follow. 

gt1060 and cpu i5-2400, 8g ram

i don't know what bug fix i can do
