Quick question about Tbbp in 3dsmax

This may not be much for someone to go on in terms of helping me but i'll try and explain, every time I import the main idle from the most recent update  from the Tbbp mod (god bless that mans soul) into 3dsmax 2010, Xpms' skeleton just turns into a ball and it's only happening with that animation.  Has anyone ever had that happen while playing with the idle animation?

You're talking about Dragonfly's standard idle animation, right? The one in the main TBBP post

 

If so, that animation uses a butt bone that (IIRC) xp32 changed in his skeleton rig due to compatibility issues. If you use his skeleton in-game with that animation you'll notice your charater's right buttock is like 15cm lower than the left one

 

xp32 released .hkx files that fix that problem in-game, you can download them in the optional files section. I have never imported animations into 3ds Max, but if you must/have an option to import an .hkx file, you should try it with that one
