Looking for Freckles

I am not looking for a cute dusting  of pale freckles across the nose.

 

What I am looking for is dense, dark FULL-BODY freckles. So many freckles so densely packed one might suspect a new ethnic group. Freckles well on the way to being birthmarks.

 

But there is virtually nothing except the low-density or just-the-face freckles anywhere I can locate. Can anyone point the way?
