I really like the idea of an outfit with an anal plug that holds the rest of the suit together. i.e. the picture.

 

I think its the outfit is super hot because there is basically no back to it.

 

Moreover, It would be a great custom whore outfit for a mod like Devious followers where your follower forces you to wear a certain outfit of their choosing, or nothing at all.
