That's ridiculous. Why would you have to pay for a non-profit, entertainment purpose only mod? Doesn't that fall under fair use?

I don't see it that way, this armor is not available in the official game.
these was created by Klaus Wittmann. 
and designs which CDPR has not bought were acquired by a company for commercial use!
even if this armor should only be used as a mod for a game, you need the approval\permission from the owner.
Loverslab rule, piracy is not provided here!
Furthermore the european copyright law is clearly defined, or are you a person who wants to get LL into trouble!
in this case i am forced to inform the moderators.
