That’s kijiko korean eyelashes. You can get them on his webpage, Best eyelashes for sims 4, in the case that you wish different versions or another kind of eyelashes , you can create planes in blender and attach them to hidden face rigs under glasses category . I did my custom eyelashes inst so complicated.

Pd remember to pick an updated kijiko eyelashes version. There is one version that make your sims shiny.
