Inconsistent CTD help (Load order Advice)

So i've been having a somewhat inconsistent but common CTD as of late and am trying to find the source. It seems to happen most often when entering new exterior cells but also likes to show up when waking up from sleeping. I've included my load order if anyone has some advice i'd love to hear it.

I am no expert, but if you still have save on rest, and travel activated turn them off in the settings menu.  Turn off all the automatic saves.

Try a game without LMCC. I'm finding it to be buggy. Even quest mods don't work right with it installed (can't skip dialogue when you normally would be able to). I looked at it in xEdit and it does things to the race entry.

 

This is all after extensive testing; one CTD I had go off when I added LMCC stuff to a companion who didn't have it before. The CTD on waking up and new cell is the game loading the LMCC assets or attempting to call the plugin on your PC or companions face. Definitely turn it off if your CTD is a long freeze, followed by a single stutter then CTD, that's prolly it.

 

Also Concord Expanded has navmesh issues and weird stuff going on, I would probably uninstall that as well, but I think it's getting updated soon. The test is see if your companion follows you up that staircase in the second building to your right (the one with the safe) as you walk into Concord, also random performance dips in Concord for no reason around the back of the church, etc.
