No Boob Bounce at startup until re-equip armor

So I have run into this before but it never seems to be consistent.

 

Has anyone noticed at startup if certain gear cause the boobs and butt to be stiff until you un-equip and re-equip the armor? All of my physics are installed right and it doesn't appear to affect NPCs or all Armors for that matter. Something though seems to cause the boobs or butt to be stiff on initial start of the game until I remove and reequip the armor. Any ideas? I can say that I am using the regular BBP weights not 3BBB and I am using CBPC for collision. I only use SMP for hair and some clothes but I don't know that it is the culprit.

According to shizof's troubleshooting article on nexus CBPC page, it's caused by hdt-smp being used, the bone nodes in nif needs to be flattened.
