Searching for Ms Kay from OIniki for Sims 4

I am looking for Ms Kay, the teacher or professor, from the Oniki Kay Mods from Sims 3 as a Sims 4 version.

 

If you have any recommendations who or what could be a good base sim for the facial and makeup features, I would be really glad if you could guide me there.

I would suggest checking out Little Doxy stuff here on LoversLab.  One of the best out there.
