CTD when entering Helgen Keep with LAL start

Short of a systematic elimination of mods to find the cause, I've exhausted everything I can think of that would cause this CTD.  And with this load order, starting a new game takes around 30min to get everything loaded/setup proper so that is the last resort.

After a LAL swimming/cloths stolen start, I run up the hill the Helgen, watch the dragon fly away, town burning, quests advance etc.. clicking on the Helgen keep door CTD's me every time.  I've run down to whiterun and can zone into there just fine via the sewers.  I can run around Riverwood, pet the animals, say hi to the enfocers etc..

Odd thing is a week ago with a similar profile with just a few different mods added/removed, I could zone into Helgen keep but CTD entering whiterun.  SO this load order was suppose to be my solution to fix the whiterun CTD.

 

Papyrus.log is useless for finding a CTD.

The loading screen with the smoke at the bottom is up for a second before the CTD happens.

Given everything in the Helgen keep cell, I can't think of anything different that would cause a CTD.  I can console and equip the armors found there even though I'm entering naked.  Chloe worked fine last week, no black face on her or the dead npc's.  I can go near animals so all those mods are properly ordered.

I've turned off all auto saving in skyrim.ini so a auto save while entering the cell wasn't the cause.

I do freeze if logging is on when creating a new character I assume because everything is trying to load and write to the log at the same time.  But with logging off I load fine.

I've tried setting fPostLoadUpdateTimeMS as high as 5000  5sec but I haven't changed any of the papyrus settings from a working profile.

As far as frame rate everything is smooth on screen using a ENB.  No lag. 60fps

LOOT shows no errors, except for a bunch of form 43's(lets not go there)..Wrye Bash shows no errors.

# of animations is under the acceptable limit.

 

Could script lag while entering a cell cause a CTD?

Could the BD armor replacer being loaded into esl space be a problem?

Just hoping someone could see something obvious that I missed.

I had some CTD issues in Helgen Keep with Deviously Cursed Loot.  Make sure you have the most recent version of that - upgrading helped resolve that issue for me.
