Armor stats / change

I have recently downloaded a super cool looking armor imo off of lovers lab - but the stats on it are stupidly OP.  Is there a way I can through the console lower the stats?

creation kit then click  the armor id , change the rating the most highest you can go in vanilla is 320.00 that's maximum rating for vanilla go way above it will bug the game.
