Random transformation into a death hound

Can someone please help me identify the mod that randomly transforms me into a death hound when I drink alcohol or eat something? This seriously pisses me off. I can move but the camera stays fixed, I can't access any menu, so I can't see what effect this is and how long it asts, and waiting does nothing. I have to quit the game to get rid of this shit. Since I have almost 255 mods, I hope someone can point me directly to the one that does this.

Well by the sound of it, whatever it is is broken.

 

Never heard of it, quick browser search gives me nothing either.

Right now I was changed when a deer approached me for sex. I have all sex mods OFF. No changing back after the sex. At least i could open the active effects menu now but this one isn't shown. I tried to Y out of that stuff but the only thing that happened was that my camera suddenly sat 100 m above me and froze. I reloaded the savegame, and tcl was broken. Restarting the game fixes things (for the moment) but I really don't understand what's going on here.

 

edit: I played on for a bit and right now I got transformed while running. I did have the Polymorph mod but I removed it after the first time  this happened. Made no difference.

There's a few I don't recognise but I would start by looking at Polymorphing

This is very weird. I had turned Polymorphy off but the transformation still happened ... removed it now altogether. I hope this does fix it.
