Need help diagnosing seemingly random crashes.

For starters, here's my modwat.ch

Ever since I updated to 1.5.97 and updated all necessary skse plugins I've been getting entirely random CTDs when walking about Skyrim. I've crashed in Whiterun near the Bannered Mare and the entrance gate, I've crashed in Solitude in 3 different places, Windhelm, outside of windhelm, outside of the Eldergleam Sanctuary, multiple other unimportant locations, as well as having the game lock my entire pc up twice. I've checked temps and such on the hardware end, Skyrim never goes above using 3.4k gigs of ram, and is most definitely not maxing out my vram with the texture mods not listed in the load order. As far as recreation goes, this too is random. I can walk around Solitude forever and have no issue, but if I fast travel to Whiterun, the game crashes before I reach the Bannered Mare. I was also able to recreate a crash of sorts last night by loading up a save (these are all new saves, I should mention), walking inside a building, waiting, walking outside, and waiting again. The crash happens within 5 seconds, which seems to coincide with npc teleporting into their positions after waiting.

So by this point I've done everything in the book. I've done process of elimination, cleaned with sseedit, reorganized load order, removed some mods altogether, checked for errors, updated mods I thought were the issue... nothing. Clearly there's either a conflict or some mesh error is occuring somewhere but I'm just not capable of figuring it out. Anyone with mega brain that could look at the load order and perhaps tell me what's going on would be a hero in my book.

I love to look at other players modlist. (left side in MO) and se how badly sorted it is.

Why dont you have Racemenu active?

It is indeed active in my game so I'm not really sure what's going on.

Also I have the left side generally set up the way I want things overwritten that aren't already properly sorted by their esp's, but as far as I've read sorting the left side is entirely futile as far as stability goes beyond making sure certain things aren't being overwritten by patches and the like.
