Game keeps freezing

game freezes extremely often, tried some other fixes, one of them just exacerbated the problem. I'm currently at a loss. Below is my load order.

I notice you do not have any dlc. If I recalled correctly, most of the mod nowadays require all dlc.

Not sure about Sexout mods though, as I recalled most of the mod here didn't really say they require all the dlc.

Then again, most of the player here may already have all of them.

 

Second thing I noticed (and probably what really cause your problem) is that you have FNV Sexual Innuendo (wsex) installed.

Wsex and Sexout will conflict with each other if the memory serves me right. So it's not recommended to use both at once.

You can try this patch: 

 

... or you can uninstall one of them.

 

And I'm not sure about your YUP patch status. Did you activate them all or non of them?

You shouldn't do former since you clearly don't have any dlc, and if you did the latter then you forgot to activate YUP for the main game.

(Probably not the cause of freezing, but still worth mentioning.)

I had YUP patch installed, but only the base game ones, that's what made my game worse so i deactivated them through Vortex
