Rebuilt A merge patch and now crash on loading screen 100%

So I rebuilt a merge patch with SSE for all my DeserterX armors.

Where I had the UNP version of Celes Rogue armor instead of the CBBE version.

After rebuilding the merge and the bash/smash patches the game now crashes 100% of the time.

Creating a new character works 100% but I can  not load a save no matter how far back I go.

I am pretty heart broken by this to say the least.

Does anyone have any tips to try and make it load. - Even rebuilding the merge exactly like it was doesn't save it.

I still have the original Bash/Smash files but the merge was deleted when I created teh new one.
