Found a mod by Meep62 on Mod The Sims that allows you to transition your sim in game, (In game Gender Transition Mod). Figured I would try it out.

 

 

Here's Johnny, just a normal guy doing guy stuff.

 

 

He always felt a little uncomfortable in everyday life.

 

 

Then he met Kiyoshi and fell in love, or lust one of those.

 

 

After a few bouts of wild sex Johnny decided maybe he was just a woman trapped in a mans body. 

 

Johnny started training his voice to be more feminine and noticed his mannerisms were changing too.

 

 

With the help and encouragement of Jenna he decide to start under going hormone therapy and really start her transition.

 

 

Of course Kiyoshi was there to support the changes.

 

Soon Johnny legally changed her name to Jonni and married Kiyoshi.
