How to fix??

So I downloaded a lot of mods but only some showed up when I launched Sims again (ex. Will only show up 4 out of 7 wicked section). tried uninstalling and downloading. I followed youtube tutorials also just to double check if I was doing the downloads correctly. It did for the most part. But yah just wondering how to fix this problem??
