Could anyone tell me which mod is this that adds these bags in the legs?
Looks like Bandolier - Bags and Pouches, but fitted at the leg.

or its mostly a custom mad armor

He just modify some nif file around the bottom of the armor.

I also thought it could be a personal modification of Bags and Pouches.

Seriously? So is it part of any released mod?
If you remember which one, I'll be very grateful.
I had already seen the Rogue Armor, I didn't download it because I thought the pieces were not separated from the armor!
