Cannot create autosaves past the third save.

So I started a new character and on my previous character/and profile (with Mod Organizer), I had no trouble keeping Auto Saves up to 50. I added "iAutoSaveCount=50" to my Fallout4Custom.ini and it worked just fine on my previous character. On this new character, the auto saves are overwriting each other at #3. When I autosave for the 4th, it will overwrite #1. 

 

I really can't explain this. That setting in my ini should allow me to have up to 50 autosaves. I use a mod called Jax's Incremental Auto Save Manager to manage my save files, and I made sure there is no setting in the mod for limiting the number of saves.

 

The only thing I can think of, is that I installed "Better Locational Damage" mod which has its own built in autosave timer. It might be conflicting with Jax's autosaver manager. But that still doesn't explain why its only making 3 auto save files, and not the 50. I checked Better Locational Damage, and had the auto save feature turned off as well. Turning it on, the auto saves are not going past 3 still.
