In-game menu problem

I recently got a new monitor and now for some reason this happens when i load the game my old monitor was 1920x1080 and the new one is 2560x1440(still 16x9). Its only the ingame menus not the main menu or settings just like the dialog menu/trader menu/that little menu on the bottom of the pipboy.

Any help would be apprenticed

I had that issue, last year.

 

and I look at a lot of mods to fix it

 

do you have popup damage installed (the mod that numbers appear over enemies when shot)

 

otherwise you are going to spend some moving your interface files around (new folder and interface)

it was a painful find, considering that I would classify it as an invisible mod (same as overriding mesh mod)
