Looks awfully familiar, yet i wasnt able to find it.

This pack have several spine tatoos in similar style, albeit im pretty sure it doesnt contain the one from the GIF:

Coenaculi pack is another that comes to mind, but again, im fairly certain its not from there, unless there have been an update to the pack i missed.

It's an equippable tattoo from TAL's BDO Pack. The outfit its from is Lumik. idk if there's an overlay version somewhere

Just note that there two sets for the Lumik Tattoo.

One is the back only and the other is for the chest and back
