a little help with tribal laws

hello i recently started a new game with a tribal nation i want to advance to feudalism but i need absolute tribal law but to advance from minimum to low it says i laking a hold a title of count but from i seen in the wiki chieftain is the equivalent. i placed a PS to show what i´m talking

HIGHER than Count. You need a Duchy title.

You need to hold two of the three islands. Then you can create the Duchy of Orkney.

so i´m going for the long run here because i´m going for the pacifist conquest using marriage to gain lands

basically, yes. Though if you consider plotting against your in-laws to still fall under "pacifist", you can speed it up.
