i need a mod to make vital npcs mortal

i fucked up and now i can't continue the story because i can't talk to or kill them

 

are there any mods to make killing them an acceptable way to finish the quest or just make them not mad at me help

Open Console type SQT    this will give you a list of all active quests with ID's.   use ID with one of the commands below.

completeallobjectives [Quest ID] — Complete all current objectives in a quest.

resetquest [Quest ID] – Reset a quest.

completequest [Quest ID] — Complete a quest.
