Lost Companions.

So, this isn't an issue that originated here, rather it was based off mods from the Nexus (But their site is terrible and nobody knows how to actually fix anything and their battle cry is either "fresh-install the game" or "remove all the mods and start again!" which isn't always going to help). So, I have a variety of follower mods, as well as a mod that lets me have multiple followers. I started out with 3 robotic dogs, one Night Striker, one Wolf-dog, Dogmeat, and Nate. So, about seven followers. I'm not down to three of them, and I have no idea where Nate or the Robot dogs went. I tried to use the Prid/Moveto Player commands, but when I type in the ref IDs it says "Compiled Script Not Saved", even though I know they're installed right. How do I know this? Because it does the same thing for vanilla NPCs.

"Someguns" and "moreguns" are just a merged group of various weapons mods (none of them affect followers), and "myweightlessstuff" is a singular merged mod that just had like, 10 different esp files for no reason(I might get rid of this one anyways, since I don't even know if it's still doing anything for me in game or not).

I tried using a companion tracking mod before, and ran into the same issue. I uninstalled it, but I'm not sure if it actually removed it or not. If anyone could give me tips on what is going on or how I can fix this, please share! I love my character and Nate, and don't want to lose anymore companions to this weirdness.

Honestly, with how messy some of the nexus mods are, I guess I shouldn't be surprised if things that aren't supposed to be connected are connected in some way.
For instance, settlement mods and follower mods.

I may have figured out what bugged out Nate (Just Business is still in Hunter mode because I'm kind of lazy and forgetful), but I have yet to test it.

Thankfully (somewhat) I save way too often that I only ever lose minutes whenever I need to go back to an older save. Except for the robot dogs. I may just have to check their spawn location again and install a follower tracking mod of some kind (Which I hate).

Some people here say "Just Business" is ok. Likewise, some say it messes up their game. I don't use it, so I can't really say who's right on that one.
