I know that it looks selfish because i am the creator of the mod... but i come here (to skyrim) because i like Futas. And skyrim has all lot of brilliant futa/penis mods.  I like to see the futas coming hard and limp again, so i tried some combat arousal mods and ended up doing my own one:
