Mod not working at all

I deleted the mod and all it's old files a few weeks back due to this same error. I re-downloaded it yesterday but I'm still getting this error for anything involving the wicked whims mod, it's especially annoying when I can't purchase tampons and pads and my female sims constantly complain. Any ideas on what might be wrong?

You need to provide more info.  Specifically, what version of Sims 4 are you using (the version number) and the version of WW.  That would be the starting point.
