Turn Vatore into Vampire (turn any npc)

Part of me says there's an obvious way to use an existing cheat (Like MC-Command) to change any npc into a vampire.

MC will turn anybody human but I haven't found the "occult" section of a cheat from any mod.

I can turn a whole town human, but no way (I think) to change one single NPC (not player) into anything?

 

There Must be, I just can't find it, and please note that it might have been there but everything has been updated tons lately.
