fallout4 Workshop walls wont snap

So i have a problem with the walls in the workshop not snapping correctly.. or maybe im just a shit builder. either way help would be nice. I do have mods that add workshop items, like homemaker. are there any mods or console commands or just tips to fixing this problem? the walls just dont seem to align properly... they seem to snap outside of the foundation.
