And its always something....mostly interior lighting/ENB issue

After upgrading my ENB series files to correct a couple other issues, that worked, I am now getting a white screen flash when my 3rd person camera gets close to some light sources. Things like interior windows that show light from outside cause my screen to go white if my 3rd person or 1st person camera are in the wrong spot. I can spin in place and move out of the effect. Can someone tell me what those light sources are specifically called and how to correct this issue? I am using NAC but I have turned most all the special effects off at this point and also Darker Nights if either of those are relevant. Thanks.

I cleaned out all ENB related stuff (far as I can tell...) and ran the game, no lighting issue. I install the new ENB files and Dawn ENB and the lighting issue is back although now yellow and a bit translucent. The pic in the spoiler is my current issue, if I stand in place and pivot I can move in and out of the effect, it seems to be related to camera position and light object. Hmmm the pic didnt end up in the spoiler, sorry.
