Got the black screen with visible hud bug

So updated my F4SE did updates for mods loads fine starts fine bam black screen. Tried all the listed fixes no good. Anyone have an easy way to fix it. Also everyone is upside down when I try to run a new game. If needed I'll get pics.

Reinstall Fallout.

Oddly yeah didn't need to do that it was next step but the new update f'ed free cam if anyone is using that and new game is f'ed for character load till they get to .163 updated them to .162.  So working again for now. So mod team this iss solved for now leaving this reply up in case anyone else got f'ed by the update.
