Alternative to Neia's Create-A-Career tool?

hi guys,

 

is there an alternative to Neia's Create-A-Career tool?

Since the server is full/offline and due to personal "issues", Neia can not take care of her tool at the moment. 

I know, that you can somehow create your own career using S4S, but this seems to be too complicated, compared to CAC...

 

So is anyone out there, who knows anything about creating a career?
