Sims that are randomly created have no face

Hi,
I don't know why but since a few updates, sims that are randomly created, and sometimes when I enter CAS, sims have no face, just hair and teeth. I don't know why, currently I only got WW and the Basemental mods, so I don't understand why it happens.
Does anybody has the same problem/know how to fix this ? Thanks !

I had this same problem, but the mod that was causing the problem was Cien Z Roza's "No EA eyelashes". The problem was that I used Sims4Studio and flagged It to not be used by randown NPCs, but they were forced on them, so I had revert the changes to fix the bug. (Later I saw o the page that I shouldn't have flagged It anyway )
