[SOLVED] encumbrance or armor weigth mod

hello.

I'm looking for a  mod, I remember watching a video where it was explained how it worked, and one of the options of the mod was that you have to remove your armor to swim otherwise your PC would drown, I don't remember if it was an encumbrance mod or one related to armor weight.

I don´t have SSE, but thanks for the reply, I just installed cobb encumbrance and skydrown
