outfits Sexy Outfits that are part of gameplay

Is there a mod that puts all those sexy outfits into loot/shoops I want it to be part of my gameplay I don't want just to use smithy to create them or use console to spwan them.

If a  mod has a leveled list of its items, a bashed patch could add those lists to the shopkeeper's inventory.  If there isn't a list in the mod, you could create one in the Creation Kit.
